What You Will Do:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) management system for game localization. This includes, but is not limited to, the selection, evaluation, training, and quality monitoring of BPO vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships systematically by setting up strict outsourcing processes and performance metrics. You will be responsible for project planning, coordinating work progress, and ensuring all vendors adhere to the company’s high standards to ensure smooth project delivery and final language quality.
  • Track project operations to effectively identify and mitigate potential risks in scheduling and execution. Address issues promptly, drive continuous improvement, and ensure that deliveries are aligned with project requirements and changes.
  • Oversee the cost structure of BPO vendors, evaluate their delivery efficiency and quality, and continuously optimize performance to balance costs and benefits.
  • Coordinate and organize BPO resources across multiple projects, ensuring efficient collaboration among stakeholders and smooth project progression.
  • Continuously refine and optimize the BPO project management processes within the localization team, aiming to establish simple and efficient workflows.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Over 5 years of experience in project management, quality control, or vendor relationship management, preferably in the gaming or internet industry.
  • Familiarity with localization project management and an understanding of the characteristics of multi-language projects. Experience with quality inspection standards for game localization vendors is a plus.
  • Proven experience in building, managing, and iterating project management processes.
  • Clear logical thinking, proactive communication, and excellent team collaboration skills. Ability to communicate with various business stakeholders to drive project progress.
  • A deep passion for the gaming industry and anime, comics, and games (ACG) culture. Experienced gamers will be given priority.
