Job Description

The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinating production workers to ensure efficiency and safety. Responsibilities include planning work, monitoring output, enforcing policies, training staff, and collaborating with other teams for continuous improvement. They will also maintain records and promote a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Must have:
  • Degree in any Engineering or Computer Science Discipline.
  • Experience working in shift for minimum 1 year.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and able to carry out assigned task on a tight schedule.
Good to have:
  • Healthy, in good shape, robust and fit condition is extra advantage.

Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and productivity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing operations.
  • Plan, schedule, and delegate work assignments to meet production goals, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Monitor production output, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, including safety and quality control standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff to ensure competency and performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams (e.g., maintenance, quality assurance, engineering) to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of production output, attendance, safety incidents, and employee performance.
  • Lead by example to foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirement:
