Kluge Interactive, known for the popular VR rhythm game Synth Riders, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Gaming Marketer. This role focuses on creator-led platforms, immersive experiences, and player communities. You will work with creative, business, and publishing leadership, as well as cross-functional teams, to drive the marketing and publishing strategy for flagship titles and upcoming releases across VR/AR, Console, and User-Generated Content (UGC) platforms. Responsibilities include leading product marketing, managing digital store presence, executing social media campaigns, paid media, community engagement, PR, and analyzing data to set growth strategies. The company values quality games and fosters a creative, supportive, and diverse remote-first environment.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in Gaming, preferably VR/Console
  • Proven track record in game releases and GTM campaigns
  • Passion for Social Media and creator-led gaming ecosystems
  • Excellent English communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable in a remote-first environment with distributed teams
Good to have:
  • Experience marketing Free-to-Play and Live Services games
  • Passion for VR/AR and Creator-led platforms
  • Knowledge of analytics for game growth
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools and dashboards
  • Comfortable in an indie/startup environment

Kluge Interactive is an immersive game studio building the future of human connection through immersive and enhanced experiences. We are best known for Synth Riders, one of the most popular VR rhythm games.


We’re currently working on several new VR titles and developing games for a UGC social platform, collaborating with some of the world’s most influential VR, music, and technology companies.


We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Gaming Marketer, passionate about the future of Gaming as focused on creator-led platforms, immersive experiences and engaged player communities.

You’ll work closely with creative, business and publishing leadership and cross-functional teams, including marketers, content creators, engineers, artists, designers, and writers.


Minimum Requirements

  • 5 yrs.+ Marketing experience in Gaming, preferably in VR (Quest, SteamVR) and Console (Nintendo/PlayStation)
  • Proven track record in releasing games, managing GTM campaigns
  • Passionate about Social Media platforms and Creators-led ecosystem applied to Gaming (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment with distributed cross-functional teams


Desired Requirements

  • Ideally, experience in Marketing Free-to-Play and Live Services games, in either Mobile or UGC (Roblox, UEFN, RecRoom) Platforms
  • Passionate about technology and its application in Gaming: specifically enthusiastic about VR/AR and Creator-led platforms
  • Understand and know how to maximise game growth by leveraging analytics and off-platform marketing
  • Familiar with Project Management tools (Asana), and Digital platform Dashboards
  • Comfortable working in an indie/start-up environment, and quick to make decisions in a fast-paced environment, with multiple initiatives at any time


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Marketing and Publishing strategy and growth of Synth Riders, our flagship title, across new platforms, and increasingly towards Live Services
  • Set GTM plans and lead marketing efforts of our upcoming game titles and releases, across VR/AR, Console and UGC Platforms
  • Lead Product Marketing strategy and plans, including digital store product management, promotional efforts, and off-platform campaigns
  • Brief and support the execution of Social Media campaigns, Creators-led video content, Paid Media, Community engagement, and PR outreach
  • Own and drive GTM campaign management, milestones, through project management tools, and cross-functional team management
  • Analyze Marketing and in-game data to set the Growth strategy
  • Communicate clearly with internal product/development teams and external partners/stakeholders
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality work on time and within scope
