Job Description

The Marketing Manager at TiMi Studio Group will lead game marketing initiatives across multiple overseas markets. Responsibilities include developing promotional strategies and campaign plans based on operational milestones and version updates to boost product visibility, user engagement, and brand reputation. The role requires aligning global marketing efforts, optimizing promotional timelines and processes across regions, and leveraging expertise in overseas community management, content marketing, and KOL engagement. Collaboration with R&D, regional publishing teams, and other business functions is crucial for successful project execution. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, at least 3 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry (preferably international), and a passion for the gaming market, particularly MOBAs. Strong communication, teamwork, analytical skills, and a proactive approach are essential.

What the Role Entails

  • Lead game marketing initiatives across multiple overseas markets, developing promotional strategies and campaign plans based on key operational milestones and version updates to enhance product visibility, user engagement, and brand reputation while supporting user activity and commercialization goals.

  • Align global marketing efforts by optimizing the promotional timeline and processes across regions, ensuring efficiency and consistency based on market characteristics and user behavior.

  • Leverage expertise in overseas community management, content marketing, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) engagement, continuously monitoring and optimizing localized marketing performance.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including but not limited to R&D, regional publishing teams, and business group support functions, to drive interdepartmental cooperation and advance project execution.

Who We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with strong logical thinking and strategic planning skills.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the mobile gaming industry, preferably with a background in international markets or overseas business operations.

  • Passionate about the gaming industry with in-depth knowledge of the global mobile gaming market, particularly the MOBA genre.

  • Familiarity with various operational functions and the different phases of the game lifecycle.

  • Strong teamwork, communication, and stress management skills.

  • Ability to balance high-level strategic vision with meticulous execution, ensuring effective implementation.

  • Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and responsible, with keen analytical skills and a fast-learning ability.

  • Open-minded, innovative, and willing to take on challenges.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

The base pay range for this position in the state(s) above is $92,880.0 to $157,680.0 per year. Actual pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign on payment, relocation package, and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as other medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the specific position offered.
