Summary

As a Named Account Executive, NGO, you'll sell Nonprofit Cloud to organizations (100-500 employees). You'll manage a territory of nonprofit accounts (new and existing), focusing on new business across the US. Responsibilities include partnering with internal resources, generating pipeline leading to quota attainment, selling based on value and ROI, building client trust, uncovering business needs, and mapping solutions across multiple business lines. A deep understanding of business operations and C-level decision-making priorities is crucial. You will create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to Salesforce solutions.
Must have:
  • 5-7 years full-cycle sales experience (3+ in field)
  • C-suite selling experience
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations

Role
As a Named Account Executive, NGO you would be responsible for selling Nonprofit Cloud into organizations with 100-500 employees.

You will lead a territory of nonprofit accounts that are a hybrid of net new and install accounts, with a focus on hunting new business across the US.

They do this by...

  • Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise

  • Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment

  • Selling on value and return on investment vs. technical functionality

  • Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions

  • Uncovering business initiatives and struggles to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business

  • Creating demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution

  • Having a deep understanding of the way businesses operate, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level


Preferred Qualifications

  • Average of 5-7 years full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 in the field

  • Experience selling to the C-suite

  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $83,950 to $112,300.

For Washington D.C based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $83,950 to $112,300.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
