.NET Full Stack Developer (Angular, Azure Cloud)

Job Summary

Synechron is seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade software applications. The successful candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement new features and optimize existing systems. This role is key to supporting our organization’s digital transformation initiatives and delivering quality solutions aligned with business objectives.

Software Requirements

Required Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
• Hands-on experience with developing web applications using .NET Framework or .NET Core, with proficiency in C#.
• Expertise in front-end development with Angular (version 8 or above); experience with React is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Exchange.
• Experience managing and supporting Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Knowledge of virtualization technologies like Hyper-V or VMware.
• Experience supporting and deploying Microsoft cloud services, especially Azure, with understanding of cloud architecture best practices.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and web services.

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and support enterprise applications with a focus on both backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular).
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other technical teams to develop innovative solutions that meet organizational needs.
• Maintain and enhance existing applications, following best practices for code quality and performance.
• Implement and support cloud-based solutions, ensuring security and operational stability.
• Participate in system planning, deployment, and ongoing monitoring to maintain high availability and security standards.
• Provide training, documentation, and technical support for deployed systems and applications.
• Stay current with Microsoft technological advancements and incorporate relevant updates into system design.

Technical Skills (By Category)

Programming Languages:

• Essential: C# for backend development, Angular (version 8+) for front-end interfaces.
• Preferred: Knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript for front-end development.

Databases & Data Management:

• Experience designing and interacting with SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.
• Understanding of data access layers, stored procedures, and query optimization.

Cloud Technologies:

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, including deploying, managing, and securing cloud applications and services.
• Familiarity with cloud storage, networking, and security features within Azure.

Frameworks and Libraries:

• Expertise in ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, and Angular frameworks.
• Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP).

Security & Infrastructure Protocols:

• Knowledge of Windows OS security best practices, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
• Understanding of application security principles, data encryption, and compliance requirements.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of professional experience supporting and developing Microsoft-based enterprise solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in full-stack application development using .NET and Angular.
• Experience with cloud deployment, especially on Azure, is essential.
• Proven skills in system troubleshooting, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and infrastructure management.
• Background in a regulated industry (fintech, healthcare, finance) is a plus but not mandatory.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop new features and maintain existing applications across the full software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in planning, designing, and deploying new solutions.
• Support user requests and troubleshoot technical issues promptly to ensure system stability.
• Conduct code reviews, write documentation, and perform testing to meet quality standards.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.
• Monitor system health, security, and performance, taking proactive actions when needed.
• Stay informed about new Microsoft tools, features, and industry developments to improve practices and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional experience in Microsoft technology support and application development.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect or related certifications are advantageous.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and technological innovation.
