The role is responsible for managing the platform's warehouse, focusing on consumption reservations and pilot projects. This includes verifying operational checklists, analyzing manual reservations for Sea-Land transfers, and monitoring material balances. The position also involves creating system calls for return notes, managing material immobilization reservations, and tracking material desbloqueios by shipment and backload. The analyst will also be responsible for physical verification and systemic cleanup of materials, checking receipt of materials, and requesting SAP access for warehouse staff. Additionally, the role entails extracting reports on blocked/unblocked items, managing material movements between land and sea, requesting staff scale spreadsheets, controlling boarding scales, and updating personnel transport lists and platform launch panels. The job also includes analyzing non-compliant movements, verifying reservations with specific cost centers, extracting and sending balances, requesting discrepancies between physical and SAP stock, controlling critical materials, and monitoring excess materials. The analyst will execute and monitor periodic inventories, analyze discrepancies, and perform material packing, as well as participate in logistics alignment meetings. Finally, the role involves creating QM notes, non-compliance reports (RNCs), and initiating corrective actions based on material analysis.
