Since our founding in 2001, in the heart of Frankfurt, Germany, we’ve been pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in PC and console games. Now part of the PulluP Entertainment group, our team of around 100 talented professionals continues to shape the future of gaming.

We’re the minds behind titles like Lords of the FallenThe Surge series, and Atlas Fallen, known for their rich worlds and immersive gameplay. But we believe the best games are still ahead of us, and that’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a detail-driven and communicative Outsourcing Manager (f/m/x) to join our team and take charge of managing external development partnerships—primarily in Art and Animation, with potential involvement on the tech side as our project evolves.

Your Quest:

As Outsourcing Manager, you’ll be the vital link between our internal teams and external partners, ensuring that outsourced content is delivered on time, on budget, and to our high-quality standards. You’ll work closely with Directors, Production, and discipline leads to define needs, manage feedback loops, and streamline workflows with international partners.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re organized, have a sharp eye for visual quality, and can build strong, trust-based relationships across teams and cultures. You’ll play a key role in scaling our capabilities while maintaining the artistic integrity of our worlds.

Your mission includes:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all outsourcing activities across Art and Animation, with potential future involvement in Tech
  • Coordinating with internal leads to identify outsourcing needs, define scope, and prepare documentation for external partners
  • Managing external vendor relationships, from onboarding to contract negotiation and ongoing collaboration
  • Overseeing feedback cycles, ensuring clear communication of requirements and creative direction
  • Monitoring delivery schedules and quality benchmarks, troubleshooting issues before they impact production
  • Ensuring alignment between internal workflows and partner pipelines, fostering efficient content integration
  • Collaborating with production and finance teams to track budgets, evaluate vendor performance, and forecast resource needs
  • Developing and maintaining documentation, pipelines, and best practices to support scalable, sustainable outsourcing

Your Toolkit:

  • Prior experience in outsourcing management or external development coordination within the games industry
  • Strong understanding of game art pipelines and production workflows (experience with Unreal Engine is a plus)
  • Excellent project management skills, with an ability to juggle multiple partners, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Clear and professional communication style in both written and verbal formats
  • A keen eye for quality, with the ability to review and give feedback on artistic assets
  • Experience working with international vendors and remote teams across time zones
  • Familiarity with common collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)

  • A modern, centrally located office in Frankfurt, Germany (near Messe)
  • Free language courses to help you expand your skills
  • Monthly allowances for remote working and gym memberships
  • A monthly allowance for the Deutschlandticket to ease your commute
  • Tax-free Probonio vouchers available every month
  • Free access to an online mental health platform (Bloom) to support your well-being
  • Opportunities for career growth with a yearly learning & development budget
  • 28 days of paid vacation, plus the 24th and 31st of December off
