Eneba seeks an Outsourcing Specialist to scale freelance content production. Responsibilities include sourcing and onboarding freelancers (writers, designers), negotiating contracts, managing daily operations, ensuring timely deliverables, and overseeing the entire process from planning and budgeting to quality assurance. This role requires managing freelancer relationships, establishing feedback channels, collaborating with the Content Coordinator, and delivering reports. The ideal candidate has proven experience in outsourced operations, strong freelancer management skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, project management expertise, and budgeting/cost management skills.

About the opportunity
We are looking for an Outsourcing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in scaling our freelance content production capacity. This position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at managing partner relationships, and has strong expertise in operations management, planning, risk, and cost control.
As an Outsourcing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for sourcing and onboarding new freelancers (writers, visual designers, etc.), negotiating contracts, and managing day-to-day operations to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables. You will oversee the entire process from planning and budgeting to risk management and quality assurance, ensuring smooth collaboration with freelancers while optimizing resources for growth.

Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and onboard new freelance talent: Grow a pool of trusted freelancers to contribute to the production output growth, taking full ownership of this pool management. Work cross-functionally with Legal and Accounting teams to ensure compliance with legal requirements and timely payments.
- Manage freelancer relationships: Coordinate day-to-day freelance tasks, facilitating clear communication and ensuring deadlines are met. Consistently evaluate the job market and adjust costs per content item accordingly: manage risks and proactively identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Establish and manage feedback channels between in-house team and freelancers: Liaise between internal team (editors, SEO) and freelancers to ensure alignment on briefs, guidelines, best practices, deadlines, and priorities.
- Collaborate day-to-day with the Content Coordinator: Work closely with the Coordinator to ensure optimal talent allocation, navigate changing task priorities, and react to business needs.
- Deliver timely reports: Create and maintain detailed scope plans, schedules, and timelines. Put together monthly reports on output and expenses.
Requirements - What you need to suceed
- Proven experience in managing outsourced operations, ideally in a production or creative environment.
- Strong experience in sourcing, contracting, and managing freelancers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Expertise in budgeting, planning, and cost management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
- Knowledge of risk management and mitigation strategies.
