This People Consultant role at Google's onsite data center in New Albany, OH, requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of HR experience as a Business Partner or Generalist. Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading HR programs, teams, and initiatives.
- Experience leading a team, including developing a team-wide goal, defining role and responsibilities, and engaging in the career development of direct reports.
- Demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration and influence.
- Understanding how to communicate complex changes.
- Ability to draw insights from data and metrics, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $137,000-$201,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Deliver consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the People Operations (POps) Menu of Services such as performance enablement, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development and navigating transitions.
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries, and navigate the POps ecosystem to influence people's priorities and solutions in service of the business, product, or market.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization to improve processes, operations, and service delivery, and influence forward thinking interventions, process and product improvements that enable a better Googler Experience.
- Act as a HR advisor, mentor, and strategic partner to Googlers, Managers, and Leaders, and manage risk mitigation and de-escalating/resolving HR matters.
- Provide timely and sound HR guidance, managing client, business, and company needs against risks, to solve complex HR issues, build relationships, and increase Googler, Manager, and Leader capability.
