As a Retention Product Growth Expert at Make, you will be responsible for driving product adoption and optimizing customer retention. You will collaborate with various teams to identify growth opportunities and create in-product initiatives. This includes developing engaging content, conducting A/B experiments, and analyzing customer insights. The role requires staying updated on industry trends and monitoring key business metrics. You'll be part of a dynamic team focused on improving customer experience and contributing to the growth of a fast-growing company. This role involves responsibilities like developing growth initiatives, collaborating with other teams, creating in-product flows and tutorials, executing A/B tests, analyzing customer insights, and staying updated with industry trends.
Must have:
  • 3+ years as a Growth Specialist or similar role
  • Experience in a SaaS environment
  • Understanding of SaaS conversion funnel
  • Hands-on experience with A/B experiments
  • Experience with analytics tools
  • Advanced English language skills
  • Ability to identify and reduce customer friction.

As a Retention Product Growth Expert, you will be a part of our Growth team and will be responsible for driving the overall product adoption and stickiness with the ultimate goal of optimizing for the customer retention. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Growth team, Product, Engineering and Marketing teams to identify, test, and scale growth opportunities across customer lifecycle.  If you are looking for an opportunity to have a growth impact in one of the fastest growing scaleups in Europe.
