About the role

The Employee Experience team owns a suite of products that enable Rippling customers to onboard, engage, and retain talent. This includes products like Employee Engagement Surveys, Learning Management System, Employee Feed, Compliance Training, and Course Builder.

As the Product Lead for Employee Experience, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy for several of Rippling’s most impactful talent products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive engagement, learning, and actionable insights for our customers. You will own the roadmap, determining which capabilities the team should invest in based on the deep understanding you have developed about the competitive landscape, customer needs, and Rippling’s strengths. This includes deciding which products need to be reconceived to leverage LLM capabilities in ways that deliver step-change improvements for customers. You will also be responsible for unlocking new growth avenues for Rippling products by experimenting with in-product paywalls, free-mium models and free trial models. You’ll make sure you are multiple steps ahead of market needs, driving an aggressive roadmap that accounts for the ever-growing demands of our largest customers while also delighting our smallest customers.

What you will do

  • Develop and launch new features that unlock growth and adoption of the Employee Engagement suite of products.
  • Use machine learning and AI to assist with content creation, enhance decision making, and deliver key talent insights.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs to prioritize the roadmap for the Employee Engagement product suite.
  • Deliver intuitive, easy-to-use products to market.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and account management to ensure customer and sales success.
  • Build best-in-class products that can outperform competitors

What you will need

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong product and usability instincts
  • Helicopter pilot mentality: you can easily switch from high-level strategy and planning to UI polish and data model details
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Founder or hyper-growth startup experience a strong plus
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML a strong plus
  • Strong alignment with our leadership principles: in particular Go and See, Push the Limits of Possible, and Are Right, a Lot.
