The N-Tech Engineering & Reliability organization is vital in developing internal solutions to streamline employee productivity. We aim to make employees' daily activities frictionless and improve their overall experience.

This Program Manager helps oversee the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of key initiatives within the N-Tech Engineering organization. This individual helps plan and design programs, proactively monitors the progress, and coordinates activities to ensure strategic success. The Program Manager partners cross-functionally across the organization and interconnects all internally driven and externally supported efforts.

We are looking for an execution-oriented, highly effective Program Manager who is excited to shape the future of our engineering initiatives and help drive transparency, accountability, and delivery quality.

| RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead strategic planning and execution framework for a complex software engineering, engineering operations, and reliability engineering portfolio.

  • Oversee and coordinate the organization’s programs, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and operational strategies.

  • Communicate program status, progress, and performance to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Directly manage multiple projects; develop and maintain effective project plans and timelines and execute against them.

  • Strategize, implement and maintain various program efforts aligning with N-Tech Engineering priorities.

  • Through relationships and rapport, influence stakeholders and engineering leadership to adopt new or improved workflows, practices, and delivery frameworks.

  • Orchestrate work across multiple cross-functional teams, creating a collaborative and transparent environment amongst stakeholders.

  • Identify and execute opportunities, propose solutions, create efficiencies, optimize workflows, and establish quality standards.

  • Analyze and quantify N-Tech Engineering challenges, risks, and opportunities while developing initiatives to increase productivity.

  • Establish a reliable and visible cadence for portfolio reviews, decision-making, prioritization, and resource management, with improvements that are measurable and have a high impact.

  • Identify essential requirements, resourcing, and budget needs for cross-functional and internally driven projects.

| SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 7+ years of experience in project and program management, experience in both strongly preferred; background in management consulting or an MBA degree is a plus 

  • Experience with techniques and tools that drive process efficiency and continuous improvement (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean thinking, Scrum)

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to socialize, explain, and “sell” new and complex strategies, practices, and workflows

  • Ability to quickly grasp concepts related to innovative technology (e.g., Generative AI)

  • Experience and ability to respectfully and confidently engage with executives and operational colleagues

  • Ability to manage and operate in ambiguous situations and think on your feet to solve challenges and problems

  • Knowledge of the product development workflow is strongly preferred (e.g., project management, user acceptance testing, functional documentation development)

  • Knowledge and experience of the content creation process preferred (e.g., on set production and post-production services, associated workflows, and metadata)

  • Experience owning program strategies with a focus on end-to-end delivery

  • Thrives in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrates strong judgment in the face of ambiguity

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $700,000.
