  • Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

Project Role : Sales Capture Practitioner

Project Role Description : Shape, sell and close deals that are single or multi service. Shephard the deal to develop the win strategy, the negotiation strategy, and the close plan.

Must have skills : Sales Pursuit Management

Good to have skills : NA

Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management. - Strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals. - Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients. - Proficiency in analyzing market trends and customer needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
