Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will focus on expanding MRI's customer base by finding new opportunities and qualifying marketing leads, specifically in the APAC region. You will conduct outbound call campaigns, research and approach potential customers, manage leads using CRM, and participate in training sessions. The role involves working towards monthly targets and contributing to a bonus structure. This position offers opportunities to learn about technology and its place in the business world. The candidate should be a self-starter, able to work independently, and possess excellent communication skills. The company provides a flexible work environment and uncapped commission structure.

About the Role

Did you just finish your degree, have some retail/ sales experience, and you are ready to step into the corporate world? If so, our Sales Development Representative (SDR) team is looking for a tenacious, hungry, and target-driven individual

As the SDR you will be focused on expanding MRI’s customer base by sourcing new opportunities for our sales teams and qualifying marketing generated leads. To help you succeed you will be trained on MRI’s suite of solutions to help you promote them within APAC existing markets

Responsibilities:

  • Perform various outbound call campaigns around trade shows, specific events, or assigned target markets.
  • Research, identify, and actively approach new potential customers in the APAC region using our toolsets.
  • Work toward quarterly/monthly targets which will contribute to your bonus structure
  • Partake in an internal development program which will include participation in sales and product training sessions.
  • Efficient and clear management of all MQLs using our CRM and sales enablement platform.
  • To deliver on assessed learning and development tasks (presentations, performance analysis, sites visits with field sales, and personal development plans). Customer and event exposure (In line with the marketing calendar, company workshops, and experiences).
