Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for its Dairy vertical in Surat. The role involves end-to-end sales and operations for dairy outlets and their ecosystems. Responsibilities include selling products or services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from initial outreach to purchase. The ideal candidate will have experience in channel sales, managing a sales team of at least 5 members, and understanding distribution concepts, expansion, and metrics. Experience in ensuring team incentives is also required. The company offers a collaborative, output-driven environment and opportunities for wealth creation.

- Smart Phone, Bike & Helmet

- Good market knowledge
- Channel sales role experience
- Managed 5-member sales team

Good to have:
- More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
- Team handling experience
- Good in Excel & data tools for sales
- Post Graduation preferred

Dairy vertical include digital payment enablement at all Dairy outlets and its ecosystem, and other retail business. This team is predominantly responsible for handling end-to-end sales and operations of this category.
About the role:
To sell products or services for a company and represent their brand. Also, to manage relationships with customers, serving as the key point of contact, from initial lead outreach to when a purchase is ultimately made.

3. Candidate should have good market knowledge
4. Must have done a Channel Sales Role before with 5 Member Sales Team handled before
5. Must understand concepts of distribution, expansion, metrics
6. Must have experience in getting team earn Lucrative Incentives
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
