As a member of the Philips IGT (Image-Guided Therapy) Commercial Operations Compensation Design team, you will be responsible for supporting the design of sales compensation plans, incentive programs, territory alignments, and quota methodology. You will ensure consistency and data quality, and build effective metrics to evaluate sales compensation plans. You will provide support in the design and creation of sales compensation plans and incentive programs, develop sales compensation communication materials, conduct in-depth analysis of sales compensation plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

As a member of the Philips IGT (Image-Guided Therapy) Commercial Operations Compensation Design team, you will be responsible for supporting the design of sales compensation plans, incentive programs, territory alignments, and quota methodology under the direction of the Senior Manager of Commercial Operations Design. Your role will require ensuring consistency and data quality, as well as building effective metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation plans.

Your role:

  • Provide support in the design and creation of sales compensation plans and incentive programs to drive strategic initiatives and support company objectives, utilizing complex Excel models, cost simulators, and forecasting outcomes based on multiple variables, and advanced analytical techniques.
  • Drive the development of sales compensation communication materials for multiple sales groups with exceptional attention to detail including building and maintaining statistical models presentations, compensation plan documents, dashboards, and metrics that monitor the integrity and effectiveness of sales compensation plans.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales compensation plans and quota methodology to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales performance and drive business results through data-driven insights and automation processes.

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. MBA, preferred.
  • You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience in an advanced analytical role.
  • Your skills include excellent proficiency in Excel, proven experience in complex data analysis and forecasting, familiarity with compensation structures, sales alignment, territory planning, demonstrated experience in Python, Power BI, VBA and process automation, streamlining workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You’re a self-starter who loves taking initiative and proactively provide suggestions to streamline and improve processes, you’re experienced working and communicating with large sales teams and relevant stakeholders, you have an ability to influence and collaborate with the management team, and a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet commitments.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Plymouth, MN and Colorado Springs, CO is $85,000 to $136,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Plymouth, MN or Colorado Springs, CO.
