Ninja Xpress is seeking a Field Sales Executive in Tangerang, Indonesia. This role involves prospecting and growing clients within the social commerce market, including continuous cold calling of prospective clients (UMKM/Social Commerce Sellers). Responsibilities include arranging sales meetings, tracking prospects, identifying decision-makers, and understanding client needs to offer the best solutions. The executive will manage key client accounts, close sales, and maintain client relationships through ongoing support and guidance. They will also research and recommend new opportunities and service improvements, manage daily relationships and communications, and collaborate with management and other departments to provide market insights. The role requires preparing reports, analyzing information, and contributing to team efforts. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Sales Executive, Business Development, or Acquisition Executive roles, preferably in the logistic/last-mile industry. They need to be critical and fast-thinking, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a self-starter attitude, goal-orientation, high energy, and the ability to handle rejection and pressure. Proficiency in Communication, Business Negotiation, Customer Acquisition Management, Customer Management, Logistic Solution Sales, MS Office, and Service Orientation is essential.
