**About The Role**

We’re looking for a Senior Director of Product to lead our core platform product teams, touching virtually every corner of Rippling. You will build key platform components, unified end-user experiences, AI modules and interfaces, while driving the strategy and extension of our core platform. This is a critical role with ample executive and cross-functional influence.

**What You'll Do**

----------------------

• Own the vision and execution of Rippling's core platform: extend our platform capabilities to support a growing set of business applications, seeing around corners to design and build the evolving needs of business applications, including AI-powered technologies
• Build and manage a high-performing team: lead a team of senior Product Leads with the ability to attract and develop world-class talent
• Transform complexity into simplicity: design the platform with scalable configuration and extensibility, while also obsessing over user interface simplicity
• Drive the development of platform-wide enterprise products: from customer sandbox environments to audit logging, extend Rippling's product suite as we move upmarket to enterprise customers

**What You'll Need**

• 15+ years of Product Management experience
• Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Thrives in understanding complexity and transforming it into simple user experiences

• An obsession over the details with a 'go and see' mentality

The pay range for this role is:

275,000 - 360,000 USD per year (San Francisco Office)

275,000 - 360,000 USD per year (New York Office)
