The Senior Growth Manager, AppDev Hybrid Program, will establish and cultivate strategic customer partnerships, focusing on collaborative work with the MMS partner organization. Leveraging expertise in app solutions, optimization, and market trends, this role involves providing valuable insights to partners and customers. Responsibilities include identifying and activating potential app customers, developing effective upselling strategies, collaborating on innovative solutions, and ensuring alignment with partner and organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, or related fields, with a proven track record of exceeding business goals. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, media, or other customer-facing roles.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 4 years of experience working with customers and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience analyzing data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience managing customer objections and providing strategic recommendations.
  • Experience in mobile, apps, and digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business goals.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Establish and cultivate strategic customer partnerships, with an emphasis on working collaboratively with the MMS partner organization. Focus on creating mutually beneficial relationships that enhance overall customer success with customer practitioners and executives.
  • Leverage in-depth expertise in app solutions, optimization, customer growth mechanisms, and market trends to provide valuable insights to both partners and customers. Act as a subject matter expert in advising on app-related solutions.
  • Work in tandem with partners to identify and activate potential app customers through utilizing business acumen and executive selling.
  • Develop and execute effective upselling strategies that align with customers' business objects and drive customer success.
  • Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of app users. Ensure that these solutions are aligned with both partner and organizational goals.
