Project description
You'll be part of the Client Lifecycle Management, IB Digital Operations team in Krakow, working on a highly customizable solution to assist with onboarding and maintaining clients from over 90 countries.
The project involves generating data-driven requirements for capturing documents and data based on data taxonomy, utilizing microservices architecture, Azure Kubernetes Service, and Spring Boot.
Responsibilities

Provide technology solutions that will solve business problems and strengthen our position as digital leaders in financial services.
Design, plan, and deliver sustainable solutions using modern technologies.
Embrace state-of-the-art AI tools to deliver better, well-tailored solutions.
Implement proofs of concept and application skeletons for the rest of the team.
Participate in or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide on architecture.
Take part in building modern CI/CD solutions to reduce lead time.
Skills
Must have
Solid experience in JVM programming languages (ideally Java 11+).
Proven track record of enterprise-level application development for 5+ years.
Extensive experience in writing testable and maintainable code.
Understanding of distributed microservices architectures and patterns.
Very good understanding of integration patterns.
Advocating best engineering practices (SOLID, clean code).
Experience with Agile ways of working.

Familiarity with cloud-based technologies / Kubernetes.
