Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with 8-10 years of experience, focusing on backend development and building scalable, high-performance systems. The role requires strong knowledge of Java, J2EE frameworks like Spring, Spring Boot, SOLID principles, microservices architecture, and proficiency in unit testing with JUnit. Experience with Oracle, MySQL, JDBC, ORM frameworks (JPA, Hibernate), server-less applications on AWS Lambda, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI, and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or OpenTelemetry is essential. Familiarity with distributed systems and event-driven architecture (Kafka, SQS) is also required. Skillset Needed:
We’re looking for a seasoned Java developer with a strong backend focus and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.
8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in Java-based software development
Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
Proven expertise in server-side development using J2EE frameworks like Spring
Solid grasp of SOLID principles and microservices architecture (Spring Boot)
Proficient in writing unit tests with JUnit
Strong SQL skills with experience in Oracle and MySQL databases
Familiarity with JDBC and ORM frameworks such as JPA and Hibernate
Experience building server-less applications with AWS Lambda
Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLab CI.
