Job Description
The Senior Manager, FP&A (Pricing) will be responsible for building and maintaining pricing models, evaluating pricing scenarios, and utilizing data analysis for data-driven pricing decisions. This role involves optimizing pricing structures and product/package pricing to enhance revenue and market share, collaborating with cross-functional teams for strategy alignment. The manager will also analyze cost structures, manage discount and promotion strategies, and ensure effective communication of pricing changes. Compliance with pricing regulations and generating reports on pricing performance are key duties. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, including market dynamics understanding, excellent communication and presentation skills, and team collaboration abilities.
Must have:
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, CA, CA(Inter), CFA, ICWA
- 8+ years experience in responding to RFP
- Worked in IT services pricing
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing tools
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities

- Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing Modeling· Build and maintain pricing models to evaluate various pricing scenarios and their impact on revenue and profitability.· Utilize data analysis and financial modeling to make data-driven pricing decisions.
2. Price Optimization· Continuously optimize pricing structures and product/package pricing to enhance revenue and market share.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product and sales strategies.
3. Cost Analysis· Analyze cost structures and their impact on pricing decisions.· Work with the procurement and finance teams to control costs and maximize profit margins.
4. Discount and Promotion Management· Develop and manage discount and promotion strategies to drive sales and customer acquisition.· Monitor the effectiveness of discount programs and adjust as needed.
5. Price Communication· Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to effectively communicate pricing changes to internal and external stakeholders.· Ensure consistent and clear pricing messaging across all channels.
6. Compliance and Regulations· Stay informed about pricing regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.· Ensure that all pricing strategies and practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Reporting and Analysis· Generate regular reports on pricing performance, market analysis, and profitability.· Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Candidates Must Have:·
