ComeOn Group seeks a Senior People Strategy Lead to support its Tech and Product organizations. This strategic role involves partnering with senior leaders to shape team structures, scale leadership capability, drive talent planning, and ensure the attraction and retention of top technical talent. Responsibilities include advising on org design, succession planning, team health, leading change management, and collaborating with global P&C teams. The ideal candidate possesses strong business acumen, deep HR expertise, and the ability to influence at the leadership table while understanding individual employee needs.

Location: Stockholm - Hybrid

We’re looking for a Senior People Strategy Lead to support our Tech and Product organisations through their ongoing evolution. In this strategic role, you’ll work directly with senior leaders and executives to shape team structures, scale leadership capability, and ensure we’re attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier technical talent.

This is a high-impact, high-trust position for someone who can combine strong business acumen with deep HR expertise—and who’s comfortable influencing at the leadership table while staying grounded in the needs of individual team members.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership

  • Act as a thought partner to tech and product executives, advising on org design, succession planning, team health, and long-term people strategy.
  • Partner with leaders to align people strategy with business goals, anticipating workforce needs and proactively addressing gaps.

Talent & Leadership Development

  • Drive talent planning efforts for technical orgs—identifying high-potential individuals and creating pathways for advancement.
  • Support and coach senior leaders to scale leadership capability, navigate complexity, and lead through ambiguity.

Organisation Effectiveness

  • Lead change management initiatives and scale new teams or functions.
  • Use data, insights, and qualitative feedback to influence decisions and improve team effectiveness, engagement, and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work across multiple geographies and time zones, partnering with global P&C teams to ensure localized but consistent practices.
  • Collaborate with other teams to co-create and deliver high-impact people programs.

About you:

  • 5+ years in senior HR Roles
  • Swedish speaking is preferred
  • Worked with tech or gaming before 
  • Collaborative and pragmatic
  • A natural communicator
