Job Description

Senior System Administrator needed to manage and monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot and maintain systems, plan and implement automation, ensure system security, and manage storage and data centers. Must have experience with operating systems, application software, system management tools, and network and remote license management.

Position Title: Senior System Administrator
Reports To: Senior IT Manager
Location: Pune

Company 3/Method Inc is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator-WFO to help build, maintain and troubleshoot, rapidly expanding infrastructure.
Roles & Responsibilities

Min 5 years of Senior System Administrator
Manages and monitors installed systems & infrastructure for the organization in line with company guidelines, policies & set SOP (standard operating procedure).
Hands on experience of managing 400+ workstation is plus.
Troubleshooting (within office & remote) & Maintenance
Installs, configures and tests operating systems, application software and system management tools.
Ensures flawless systems and infrastructure availability.
Network & Remote License Management.
Plans and implements system automation, Virtualization & updates.
Ensures System Security, Patch Management, risk mitigation against probable threats.
Deals with work process, optimization methods and risk management tools
Storage/ Data Center Management, Library and tap management Documentation.
Antivirus installation and management
Team player, ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency, Excellent interpersonal skills & conflict management.
Beginner to intermediate level with automated rendering systems Qube, Deadline, Rush, Muster, Smedge, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering/Science in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
VMware Certification
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MSCE/MCSA), MCP
