Job Description
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at Google, you'll be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and interviewing candidates, driving the offer process, and managing applicants through Google's hiring process. You'll focus on providing an excellent experience for both applicants and partners. You'll also contribute to improving Google's recruitment efforts, partner with hiring teams, and communicate with project leads and team members. The role requires fluent English and Spanish communication to support client relationship management. You will be involved in the staffing business strategy to achieve an annual hiring plan emphasizing quality hires, process efficiency, and strong client management.

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in either technical recruiting or technical sourcing.
- Experience with client management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Ability to take initiative, use consultative skills, and build productive relationships.
- Excellent accountability, work ethic, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Source applicants, evaluate skill levels, conduct efficient and professional interviews, drive the offer process (including reference checks when appropriate, salary recommendations, and facilitation), and close applicants.
- Manage applicants through Google's multi-faceted hiring process, maintaining a focus on excellent applicant and partner experience throughout the process. Propose and implement ongoing improvements to Google’s recruitment efforts.
- Partner with hiring teams and peers to drive impactful initiatives in hiring.
- Keep partners apprised of and involved in work by communicating information and status to project leads and team members, coordinating work cross-functionally, and influencing at multiple levels.
- Be involved in the staffing business strategy that will be the framework for achieving an annual hiring plan that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong client management and applicant satisfaction.
