Job Description
This support position assists the SEO Team by setting up clients on various platforms according to their contracted packages and services. The role involves performing monthly work plans for assigned clients, generating, checking, and sending SEO monthly and quarterly campaign reports. Responsibilities include processing clients on multiple platforms, prepping campaign information for monthly reports, creating and optimizing client profiles, and posting website and GBP content. The ideal candidate should have strong English skills, basic design skills, experience with CMS, excellent computer skills, and familiarity with Google tools and keyword monitoring tools.
Must have:
- Strong conversational and written English skills
- Basic Design Skills (HTML, JSON)
- Experience working in a CMS Environment
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office or similar, email)
- Experience with Google Tools (Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile)
- Experience with keyword monitoring tools

Role Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Processing clients on multiple platforms and utilities according to the package and services contracted.
- Prepping and confirming all campaign information to be included in the Monthly Reports.
- Creating and Optimizing client’s profiles on both Internal and external platforms and services contracted.
- Posting Website and GBP content.
Qualifications:
- Strong conversational and written English skills
- Basic Design Skills (HTML, JSON).
- Experience working in a CMS Environment.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office or similar, email).
- Experience with Google Tools (Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile – Certification is a plus).
- Experience with keyword monitoring tools.
