Job Description

As a Solutions Consultant at Workato, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, demonstrating the value of Workato's platform, and helping them successfully implement automation solutions. You will work closely with prospects and customers to identify their pain points, design solutions, and ensure smooth adoption of Workato's technology. This role requires strong communication, presentation, and technical skills, along with a deep understanding of integration and automation concepts.

Must have:

Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with integration and automation technologies
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into solutions
Technical proficiency in configuring and deploying Workato solutions

Good to have:

Experience with cloud-based applications
Knowledge of industry-specific workflows and business processes
Experience working with enterprise customers
