The current base salary range is $127,000 - $199,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits. The candidate will develop marketing strategies, understand the market, and build relationships with sales and relationship management teams. They will also be responsible for product and feature launches and produce content.

  • Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services or fintech preferred.

Role Description 

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our expanding Product Marketing team. In this highly visible, strategic role that spans across the Addepar product portfolio, you will be responsible for helping drive acquisition, engagement, and retention in our fastest growing client segment covering enterprise and institutional clients including global banks, pensions, endowments, foundation, sovereigns and large private equity and venture capital funds globally. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, sales, and other go-to-market teams to drive product positioning, enhance segmentation, map the buyer and customer journey, and more.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $127,000 - $199,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

What’s You’ll Do 

  • Develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy for the enterprise and institutional client segments in alignment with company and platform goals
  • Become the expert in your client segments by developing a deep and continuously refined understanding of the market, buyer personas, customer journey, and sales cycle.
  • Build deep working relationships with the growing, dedicated sales and relationship management teams supporting their rapid growth and expansion 
  • Define product positioning and craft compelling product messaging that clearly articulates the Addepar’s value proposition in the market and resonates with the target audience
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to develop impactful GTM strategies, marketing materials, and internal resources to support various solutions and use cases
  • Manage the product and feature launch process for the enterprise and institutional client segments in collaboration with Product, Marketing and GTM teams
  • Produce regular thought leadership and product educational content to build brand awareness and solidify Addepar’s leadership in the space 
  • Research and monitor market, industry and competitive landscape identifying key trends and competitive positioning
  • Scope, build and launch resource hub inclusive of client education and co-branded marketing materials items

Who You Are 

  • 4-8 years of product marketing experience. Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services or fintech preferred.
  • Full stack product marketer with experience researching client segments and developing strong value propositions and associated content.
  • Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills who can succinctly translate sophisticated and technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with the intended audiences. 
  • Ability to see the big picture across a large organization and articulate how each product and feature release complements the broader Addepar platform narrative. 
  • Experience designing and rolling out go-to-market strategies from scratch while using multiple marketing channels and content types to drive awareness, engagement and adoption.
  • Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully move between strategy development and tactical execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and collaborative environment.
  • Experience building enduring cross-functional partnerships and influencing teams to bring sophisticated, high visibility launches to market. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize work efficiently and anticipate roadblocks - knowing when to call out if vital.
