Staff Test Engineer
Job Summary
Job Description
The Staff Test Engineer leads test program development and optimization for analog and mixed-signal power management semiconductor components. This role involves close collaboration with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and create test solutions, including software and hardware. The engineer will act as the primary contact for all test engineering activities at OSATs, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective probe and test solutions in manufacturing. Travel to OSATs is required to support NPI, product sustaining, and efficiency improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on, data-driven problem-solving, possesses strong leadership and management skills, and is an effective communicator.
Must have:
- Lead test program development and optimization
- Work with Design and NPI teams
- Coordinate test engineering activities at OSATs
- Travel to OSATs for NPI and sustaining
- Minimum 12 years in semiconductor test environment
Good to have:
- ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience

Staff Test Engineer
Job Description
- Leads test program development and optimization activities for analog and mixed signal power management semiconductor components.
- Works closely with Design and NPI teams to define test methods and develop test solutions for new products (software and hardware).
- Be the point-of-contact and coordinator of all test engineering activities at our OSATs. Works closely with OSAT teams to ensure smooth deployment of high quality, efficient and cost-effective probe and test solutions into manufacturing.
- Travel to our OSATs to support NPI, product sustaining and efficiency improvement activities as needed.
Education and Professional Experience
- Bachelor/master’s degree in electrical/Electronic/Computer/Mechatronics engineering.
- Good understanding of semiconductor components and testing methods.
- Experience in C++ programming and computer hardware.
- Minimum 12 years working experience in a semiconductor test environment.
- ETS88 and ASL1000 test development experience an added advantage.
