Support Engineer II

Responsibilities:
• Handle client custom projects and support existing applications
• Client custom projects include
o Configuration of new clients using C# and PowerShell based application
o Data Feed setups
o SSIS Package builds
o Report generation

• Support includes
o Configuration changes on client sites using C# and Angular based application
o Backend data modifications
o Analysis of SSIS packages
o Analysis of C# code-based web application
o Integration impact analysis
o Setup of data feed monitoring and automations


Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years
• Technical Skills: C#, .Net, SQL development, SSIS & SSRS (Optional) HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
PowerShell, Form IO, Angular (Basic Knowledge)
• Tools: GIT, JIRA
• Good Analytical and Logical thinking skills
• Efficient handling of critical tasks and decision-making skills
• Innovation and Automation driven
• Flexibility to work in US Shift
• Can Join In: 30 days Or Less
