Technical Service Engineer

• Provide Technical support for the field and authorized workshop network
• Promote and develop sales channels for the service equipment range
• Take the role of Technical support engineer if needed:
• Assist with warranty and training
• Assist the Tech Support team with Technical matters

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, especially in AFM organizations.
• Have the necessary technical competencies ( Automotive Systems Knowledge, Product Knowledge, Technical Problem-Solving, IT & Digital Tools)
• Have the required Service & Support Competencies (Customer service orientation, strong communication skills, training & coaching)
