Job Description

Playkot is seeking an experienced TechOps Engineer to join their IT team. Responsibilities include administration and support of IT infrastructure, network administration, working with cloud services, technical support and escalation, interaction with suppliers and optimization, ensuring reliability, sustainability, security and compliance of automated business processes. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a systems administrator or enterprise applications engineer, extensive knowledge in identity and access management, advanced systems management skills using Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, Jira Automation and other SaaS solutions, experience in implementing and supporting Zero-Trust concepts, understanding and experience using or deploying device-based trust applications, excellent technical documentation skills, experience with MDM solutions, ability to work independently and in an organized manner, and advanced level of technical troubleshooting experience.

Must have:

4+ years of experience as a systems administrator/enterprise applications engineer
Extensive knowledge in the field of identity and access management
Advanced systems management skills using Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, Jira Automation
Experience in implementing and supporting Zero-Trust concepts
Understanding and experience using or deploying device-based trust applications
Excellent technical documentation skills
Experience with MDM solutions
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner
Advanced level of technical troubleshooting experience

We are currently developing infrastructure, strengthening security, implementing new technologies and expanding functionality. We are looking for an experienced TechOps Engineer to strengthen the IT team.

Tasks

Administration and support of IT infrastructure (infrastructure distributed in 5-6 countries).
Network administration.
Working with cloud services.
Technical support and escalation.
Interaction with suppliers and optimization.
Ensuring reliability, sustainability, security and compliance of automated business processes.

What we expect from you

4+ years of experience as a systems administrator/enterprise applications engineer.
Extensive knowledge in the field of identity and access management.
Customer-oriented thinking with an owner mentality.
Advanced systems management skills using Google Workspace, Okta Workflow, Jira Automation and other SaaS solutions.
Experience in implementing and supporting Zero-Trust concepts and ensuring compliance with policies.
Understanding and experience using or deploying device-based trust applications (Okta Verify, Cloudflare Zero Trust, etc.).
Excellent technical documentation and knowledge base writing skills.
Experience with MDM solutions, including Jamf, Kandji, ManageEngine.
Ability to work independently and in an organized manner, ability to prioritize a busy workload.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
Advanced level of technical troubleshooting experience.
Readiness to move to Serbia or another country upon agreement with us - we will discuss the location with the team.
