Job Description

Playrix is looking for a forward-thinking marketing producer with 5+ years of experience in performance marketing. You'll be responsible for developing a user acquisition strategy, studying advertising channel algorithms, analyzing campaign results, and leading the user acquisition team. Must have experience working for a large company and managing a traffic procurement team.

Team, about the role

Our marketing team is spread out across many countries, but we're united by a shared goal: to build the best user acquisition system in the world. And that goal trumps any budget considerations.

Playrix is looking for a forward-thinking marketing producer who will improve our user acquisition strategy and lead projects for our user acquisition team at the departmental level. Our top team of professionals, powerful automation and analytics system, and relationships with partners allow us to influence and shape the industry.

Tasks

Developing a user acquisition strategy
Studying the algorithms of advertising channels, forming hypotheses, conducting research
Analyzing the results of advertising campaigns, meeting KPIs
Working in tandem with the creative team and our partners
Leading the user acquisition team

Requirements

5+ years of experience in performance marketing
Experience working for a big company
Experience managing a traffic procurement team
Understanding the functionality of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels
Bachelor's degree in computer science, another technical field, or equivalent experience
Upper intermediate level of English or higher

Preferred

Experience in game dev
Experience with analytical systems (BI, Tableau)
Experience working in analytics
