The University Recruiter is responsible for attracting, identifying, assessing, and securing talented graduates and undergraduates from universities and colleges for intern and co-op roles within our organization. This professional will partner closely with academic institutions, university career services, and internal departments to build a robust pipeline of early-career talent. The ideal candidate will have a passion for candidate experience, talent development, and a strategic mindset for campus engagement. Key duties include conducting virtual or on-campus interviews, organizing information sessions, and arranging recruitment events to engage potential candidates. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of skill requirements, thereby ensuring candidate interests align with organizational goals. Active participation is required at career fairs, industry conferences, and university networking events to enhance our brand presence and attract prospective employees. The employee will screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and manage all aspects of candidate communication throughout the recruitment process. Coordination with internal teams is essential to streamline candidate assessments and interviews effectively. Furthermore, the role demands a commitment to ensuring a positive candidate experience by delivering timely feedback and maintaining clear communication at all stages.
