Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a UX/UI Designer with Specific Native Mobile App experience for a leading retail/healthcare related company.
You’ll join the Product team to work on complex, enterprise UX/Product App work, This is a remote/EST opportunity, about 12 months in length.
Responsibilities:
- Has a strong portfolio of work that includes exceptionally crafted native app design and mobile best practices
- Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience in native app design, including IxD and visual design
- Has proven experience in driving and delivering design from initial concepts to in-market experiences
- Has 3 years of experience leading design collaboration sessions with a range of stakeholders
- Has proven experience defining design direction, communicating rationale to a non-design audience, and successful advocacy for design decisions
- Is fluent in Figma
- Has experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Has the ability and/or curiosity to learn how to define and lead design processes
- Can adapt to change given clear goals
Requirements:
- Has experience working in a large-scale digital product environment
- Has experience delivering digital products for complex businesses
- Can look ahead of current work and articulate future possibilities
- Familiarity with development tools and processes (e.g., Xcode) a plus
