Job Description

Playtika is seeking a VIP Account Manager to join their team and help deliver exceptional experiences to their valued players. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and excellent communication skills. This role requires a high level of multitasking, rapport building, and the ability to identify patterns in VIP behavior. A strong understanding of social gaming and online marketing is beneficial. Responsibilities include: * Identifying and analyzing VIP player behavior and trends. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players. * Developing and implementing strategies to engage and retain VIP players. * Working closely with other teams to ensure a seamless and enjoyable player experience.

Must have:

2+ years of experience in customer success/support
Native or Mother tongue level in English
Proven analytical competencies and data-oriented

Good to have:

Technical background (SQL, courses, relevant degree, or technological unit)
Focus on consumer behavior in digital entertainment/games
Experience in building social content
Experience performing in-front of a camera
Video editing
