Job Description
The Visual Designer will create high-quality graphics for promotional content. Responsibilities include collaborating with the creative team to develop assets, interpreting marketing strategies, and ensuring design aligns with brand guidelines. The designer will also be involved in hands-on graphic element creation, graphics packaging, and collaboration with Post Production for integration and compositing. They will set delivery expectations, manage workload, and contribute to creative workflow improvement. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch and Figma. Also, the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
Must have:
- Minimum of 5 years design experience creating graphics.
- Works collaboratively across all departments.
- Solid understanding of graphic editing and art production process.
- Strong creative judgment.
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch and Figma.
- Effective communicator

We are Looking for:
The Visual Designer will oversee high-quality graphics for both long and short form audio visual promotional content. The ideal candidate will have an impeccable eye for good design and experience creating unique work that fits into existing brand guidelines. This will be a remote temporary full time position through end of year with potential for extension.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-quality, creative assets for client promotional content.
- Be able to interpret marketing and programming strategy to deliver compelling graphics and visuals to that strategy.
- Be a hands-on designer, with the ability to create graphic elements as needed, and ensure that design is in sync with the client’s style guide and brand.
- Develop graphics packaging that reflects the quality of the client’s brand.
- Collaborate with Post Production for integration and compositing of graphics.
- Set accurate estimates on delivery expectations and send status updates to key stakeholders.
- Manage priorities and workload, to effectively meet expectations and deadlines.
- Research and evaluate industry trends and contribute to conversations to help streamline, improve, and support the creative workflow process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years design experience creating graphics across a variety of assets including AV, digital and print
- Works collaboratively across all departments
- Solid understanding of graphic editing and art production process
- Strong creative judgment
- Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch and Figma
- Effective communicator, connecting the dots when others cannot and simplifying complex issues and questions.
- Thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and demonstrate strong judgment in the face of ambiguity.
Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation range for this position $82,000-$96,000.
