YouTube is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with key leaders in the Creator Third Parties ecosystem. This role will act as the primary point of contact, build trust and rapport, and provide strategic guidance to internal teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in the influencer marketing industry, analyzing and structuring business problems, and complex project management. The responsibilities include relationship management, strategic advisory, program development and execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry
  • 3 years of experience analyzing and structuring business problems
  • Excellent organizational leadership skills
  • Excellent data, quantitative, or problem-solving skills
Good to have:
  • Experience with complex project management
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Experience working with Shorts creators or interest in short-form video content

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
  • 3 years of experience analyzing and structuring business problems.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with complex project management.
  • Experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Experience working with Shorts creators or interest in short-form video content.
  • Excellent organizational leadership skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, and collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries (cross-product, cross-organization, etc.).
  • Excellent data, quantitative, or problem solving skills.

Our responsibilities include relationship management, strategic advisory, program development and execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$152,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
