Job Description

This Account Associate role within Google Customer Solutions focuses on building and managing relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and marketing objectives, and developing strategies for their advertising success. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project completion and achieve business growth targets. This role involves presenting Google's advertising solutions, conducting data-driven analyses, providing consultative recommendations, and quantifying opportunities for client success. You'll be responsible for developing forward-thinking strategies and presenting high-impact recommendations to clients.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in digital advertising, sales, or marketing
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Client relationship management
  • Proactive and collaborative work style
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Data analysis and strategic thinking
  • Understanding of Google advertising products
Good to have:
  • Master's degree in business
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products/services
  • Customer-facing consulting or business experience
  • Fluency in Cantonese

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • Experience optimizing and troubleshooting products or services.
  • Experience in a customer-facing consulting or business role.
  • Ability to communicate in Cantonese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth targets, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
