Ema is seeking an experienced Account Executive specializing in Customer Experience (CX) solutions, particularly AI-driven technologies. The role involves outbound prospecting, generating new leads, and developing strategies to expand the company's presence in targeted enterprises. You will build and nurture relationships with key executives, engage in high-level conversations, and drive new business through creative prospecting and tailored CX sales approaches. This position requires developing, maintaining, and tracking a robust pipeline of qualified leads, managing accounts through sales stages, and converting prospects into paying customers. Collaboration with internal teams for negotiation and closing large-scale CX solution contracts is essential. Staying updated on market trends and customer feedback to refine processes and sales strategies is also a key responsibility.
Must have:
  • 6+ years of outbound sales experience.
  • Proven success in closing net new business.
  • History of hitting quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex CX concepts.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Hubspot.
  • Analytical mindset with an aptitude for AI and CX technologies.
  • Resilience and ability to thrive in a startup environment.
Good to have:
  • Experience closing quota of $750K or more.

Who you are

We're looking for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in customer experience (CX) solutions, particularly AI-driven technologies that enhance customer engagement. With a deep understanding of the market and its real-world applications, you excel in building relationships with senior executives, driving complex sales cycles, and successfully closing high-value deals. Your expertise lies in lead generation, client engagement, and pipeline management, where you utilize a blend of interpersonal skills, technical acumen, and strategic thinking to deliver tailored CX solutions that meet customer needs. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy contributing to the growth of a startup.

You will

  • Be Responsible for outbound prospecting, generating new leads, and developing comprehensive strategies to expand the company’s presence within targeted enterprises focused on customer experience solutions.

  • Build and nurture relationships with key executives, engage in high-level conversations across various industries, and drive new business through creative prospecting and tailored CX sales approaches.

  • Develop, maintain, and track a robust pipeline of qualified leads, managing accounts through the sales stages and converting prospects into paying customers.

  • Work closely with internal teams to negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and successfully closing large-scale CX solution contracts.

  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, industry dynamics, and customer feedback, ensuring the continued refinement of processes and sales strategies to meet evolving CX needs.

Ideally you have:

  • Experience: 6+ years of outbound sales experience, focusing on closing net new business, and a history of hitting quarterly and yearly sales targets. Proven success in closing quota of $750K or more.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with experience articulating complex concepts related to customer experience solutions to diverse audiences.

  • Sales Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and  Hubspot

  • Analytical Mindset: An avid learner of AI and CX technologies who can quickly grasp fundamentals and apply them to business situations. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

  • Startup Resilience: Resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
