As an Account Manager in the Travel Industry, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with large clients, understanding their business challenges, and developing marketing solutions using Google Ads. You will work closely with internal and external product specialists to optimize campaigns and provide excellent customer service. Proactive problem-solving and creative solutions are crucial. You'll need to master Google's product offerings and apply your digital marketing expertise to help clients grow their businesses. Success in this role means contributing to both client success and Google's business growth by maximizing the effectiveness of Google Ads. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills to advise clients on a wide range of products across search, video, and mobile platforms.
Must have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years online sales/marketing experience
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Optimize Google Ads for maximum results
Good to have:
  • Experience in online ad sales
  • Experience working with large clients

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in online sales, business development, digital advertising, marketing, or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in online ad sales, business development, marketing or consulting sales.
  • Excellent leadership, organization, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

As an Account Manager, you will play the role of a consultant providing solutions to improve the business of your assigned clients or to solve their business challenges. You will use your marketing skills, problem-solving skills, and communication skills to make recommendations to the clients on how they can develop their business by making better use of digital, especially in marketing, thereby becoming a trusted partner and contributing to the client's success. Client's success will lead to business for the team and Google. You will learn Google's products fully and in a timely manner, and understand digital marketing, to utilize it in the business activity.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Be a trusted business partner for client marketing solutions, and optimize Google ads in order to maximize results for advertisers.
  • Work closely with internal and external product specialists.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, identify, and solve client problems proactively and creatively.
  • Learn and work with Google's ongoing development of advertiser products to optimize client campaign results.
