Accounts Payable Specialist

Scopely is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Accounts teams in Bengaluru hub on a hybrid basis.

What You Will Do

The Accounts Payable Specialist will provide high-quality support and service to business units through accurate, timely transaction processing and thorough invoice lifecycle management.

• Process PO and non-PO invoices, expenses, and credit notes with accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure appropriate GL coding
• Accurately book accruals, prepayments, VAT, and fixed assets
• Detect and resolve duplications and discrepancies
• Maintain compliance with in-country VAT and related regulations
• Keep system VAT rates updated in accordance with local laws
• Ensure the shared services center adheres to SLAs and KPIs
• Support internal and external audits

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Experience in international shared service Accounts Payable environments
• Energetic, organized, and proactive with a solutions-focused mindset
• 4+ years in a high-volume, metrics-driven setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Proficiency in English
