This B2B Marketing Lead role focuses on Ads and Partnerships Enablement, bridging sales, partnerships, and marketing teams. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, the role involves developing and maintaining enablement materials for advertisers and partners to effectively engage with audiences. Key responsibilities include supporting sales conversations, enabling successful creative for new advertisers, and helping partners amplify MyFitnessPal. Must have:

  • Provide creative feedback and collaborate with internal teams for campaign launch.
  • Work with Partnerships team to build scalable toolkits and educational collateral.
  • Create co-branded or white-labeled marketing assets for partners.
  • Ensure materials align with brand standards and drive business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase partner engagement and value.
  • Create and maintain Marketing sections of sales toolkits, one-pagers, and pitch decks.
  • Plan Marketing events to enable lead generation.
  • Work with content team to surface existing and upcoming opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Legal for consistency and compliance.

Job Details

We’re seeking someone focused on Ads and Partnerships Enablement to bridge the gap between our sales, partnerships, and marketing teams. This role will report to the Director of Brand Marketing. This person will develop and maintain key enablement materials that help advertisers and partners effectively engage with audiences. They will play a crucial role in supporting sales conversations, enabling successful creative for new advertisers, and helping our partners amplify to their audiences.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role ideal for someone who loves partnering across teams to bring ideas to life and ensure consistency from concept to execution.

What you’ll be doing:

Advertiser Enablement

  • Own and update the advertising specs documentation, ensuring all ad formats and creative guidelines are clearly outlined for partners.
  • Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and craft custom marketing playbooks or creative guidance as needed.
  • Identify new marketing placement options that can deliver value to Advertisers and be monetized.

Post-Sales Creative Management

  • Serve as the main marketing point of contact for advertisers post-contract.
  • Guide advertisers through the asset submission process, ensuring creatives meet platform specs and brand guidelines.
  • Provide creative feedback and collaborate with internal teams (ad operations, design) to get campaigns ready for launch, and ensure all materials align with brand standards.

Partnerships Enablement

  • Work closely with the Partnerships team to build scalable toolkits, onboarding materials, landing pages, and educational collateral for strategic partners.
  • Create co-branded or white-labeled marketing assets partners can use to promote to their employees or customers.
  • Ensure all materials align with brand standards and drive key business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement and value for the partner, e.g. Brand Challenges, Social Collabs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Create and maintain the Marketing sections of sales toolkits, one-pagers, and pitch decks to support the Ad and Partnerships teams in communicating its unique value proposition.
  • Plan Marketing events to enable lead generation, e.g. conferences, expos.
  • Work with the content team to surface existing and upcoming opportunities for Ads and Partnerships.
  • Collaborate across Marketing teams, Product, and Legal to ensure consistency and compliance across all external-facing B2B materials.
  • Collect feedback from Sales and Partnerships teams to continuously optimize resources and improve the partner experience.

Qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • 6-8 years of experience in Brand Marketing, B2B marketing, sales enablement, or partnerships marketing—ideally within a tech, health & wellness, or advertising environment.
  • Experience creating marketing toolkits, advertiser creative, or sales collateral.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholder needs.

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at ranges from $100,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
