What We Offer

This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

  • Provides basic administration support for all health and wellness plans, including medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life insurance and Nasdaq’s Pension Plan.

  • Runs routine reports and analyses on benefits plan performance and prepares monthly billing invoices.

  • Responds to routine benefits inquiries.

  • Ensures benefits elections forms are updated, created and available for distribution.

  • Uses HRIS system to process benefits changes for new hires and other employment changes.

  • Provides drafting and scheduling support for benefits orientation sessions and open enrollment communications.

What We Expect

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Creating and manipulating pivot table Utilizing VLOOKUP and other lookup functions

  • Education Required: Bachelor’s degree require

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience Required:  At least 2 years.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
