Job Description

LikeCard seeks a results-driven Business Development Specialist for their SaaS services. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, delivering presentations, collaborating with marketing, negotiating deals, maintaining sales records using CRM, staying updated on industry knowledge, and providing feedback to management. The initial employment is a 3-month trial period, extendable to 6 months based on performance and target achievement. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience in SaaS or technology, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of achieving sales goals, excellent negotiation skills, the ability to work independently and collaboratively, strong organizational skills, proficiency in CRM software, and a strong understanding of the Saudi market and connections within it. A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.

Job Summary: 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development - Sales Representative for our Saas (Software as a Service) services. The Sales Representative will be responsible for his/her target by driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with potential clients. The initial employment will be on a test period for 3 months, with the possibility of extension to 6 months based on performance and achieving set targets. 

 

Responsibilities: 

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the target market to generate leads and increase sales. 

2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape. 

3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets. 

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups. 

5. Deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential customers. 

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotional activities. 

7. Negotiate and close deals with clients to secure new business contracts. 

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business opportunities using CRM software. 

9. Continuously stay updated with industry knowledge and product features to address customer inquiries and objections effectively. 

10. Provide feedback and suggestions to the management team on product enhancements and market demands. 

 



Requirements

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a SaaS or technology-related industry. 

2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport and build client relationships. 

3. Self-motivated and target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals. 

4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills to secure new business contracts. 

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. 

6. Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. 

7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. 

8. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field (preferred but not required). 

9. Understands the Saudi Market & Has good connections in it.
