We are seeking an inspiring and visionary Creative Head to lead our multi-dialect creative teams at STAGE OTT. This role demands a bold thinker who thrives on pushing creative boundaries, producing disruptive, cutting-edge design work, and shaping the overall creative direction of the brand. You will provide strategic leadership to Creative Managers handling different dialects, ensuring a cohesive, innovative, and impactful creative approach across content marketing, title marketing, performance, social, and brand initiatives.
Creative Leadership & Vision:
Drive new creative thinking, challenging norms to produce disruptive, culturally resonant creatives that drive success for our titles brand.
Set the overarching creative vision for STAGE, inspiring teams with innovative ideas and bold storytelling approaches.
Ensure creative excellence across all formats—trailers, teasers, promos, posters, performance ads, and more.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Creative Managers across different dialects.
Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the creative team.
Identify and nurture creative talent, ensuring the growth and development of team members.
Strategic Direction & Execution:
Shape creative strategies aligned with business goals across content marketing, title marketing, performance, social media, and brand campaigns.
Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts that resonate with diverse regional audiences.
Oversee the execution of high-impact creative projects, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables.
Cross-Dialect Collaboration:
Facilitate the sharing of creative insights, best practices, and learnings across dialect teams.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, content, product, and business teams, to drive integrated campaigns.
Innovation & Trend-Spotting:
Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and creative technologies to keep STAGE’s creatives fresh and relevant.
Bring global creative influences while staying deeply rooted in local cultural nuances.
8+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, preferably within OTT, media, entertainment, or digital content sectors.
Proven track record of delivering disruptive, high-impact creative work across diverse formats and platforms.
Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into powerful creative ideas.
Exceptional people leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring creative teams.
Good understanding of regional content landscapes and cultural storytelling.
Proficiency in creative tools and familiarity with project management process.
Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating creative vision and ideas clearly
