Customer Marketing Manager, EMEA

We’re seeking an EMEA Customer Marketing Manager who will surprise and delight our customers with thoughtful programs, events, and initiatives. As the EMEA Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll build 1-1 relationships with customers across geographies and help showcase their stories.
Responsibilities:
· Own the strategy and execution of customer events
· Build strong customer relationships and identify strong customer advocates to showcase in marketing initiatives (videos, webinars, etc.)
· Create programs that delight customers along the customer journey, including when the first sign up as a customer, to when they work with our Incident Response team, and more
· Execute customer marketing programs such as customer advisory boards, customer webinars, or customer panels
· Manage the customer reference program, including sales communications, regular reporting, and management of SPIFFs
· Help source reviews for third-party review sites, such as Gartner Peer Insights
The ideal candidate will have:
· 3+ years of customer marketing experience in B2B technology, preferably in cybersecurity incredibly high attention to detail
· Experience working throughout EMEA; multiple languages a plus
· Experience planning events
· Examples of creative ideas, programs, or events that they’ve brought to life
· A bias for action with a track record of taking projects from idea, to execution, to results
· A collaborative drive to succeed
This position is remote with occasional travel to customer events.
