Job Description

The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute marketing strategies for Team Liquid in Indonesia and the Philippines. Responsibilities include developing and managing ROI-focused paid marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok; overseeing marketing efforts for Team Liquid's merchandise; managing brand partnerships and influencer projects; tracking and interpreting key marketing performance metrics; and providing insights and recommendations to refine marketing approaches. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of the esports and gaming landscape, and proven success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.
Must have:
  • 5+ years digital marketing experience
  • Expertise in performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok)
  • Experience in merchandise marketing and e-commerce
  • Brand partnership and influencer project management
  • Data-driven marketing approach
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
Good to have:
  • Esports/gaming industry experience
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking

Team Liquid Indonesia is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee and elevate our marketing efforts.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of developing impactful marketing campaigns, strengthening our brand presence, and driving engagement across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with various teams to create innovative strategies that resonate with our audience and align with our global vision.

Job Purpose

The Marketing Manager oversees and executes marketing strategies for Team Liquid in Indonesia and the Philippines, focusing on performance marketing, merchandise and commerce, partnerships, and data-based marketing approaches. This role ensures brand growth, audience engagement, and revenue generation through innovative marketing efforts and strategic partnerships.


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and manage ROI-focused paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok to maximize engagement and conversions.
  • Continuously enhance ad performance by reviewing data, adjusting targeting, and refining creatives.
  • Implement A/B testing and performance tracking to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee marketing efforts for Team Liquid’s merchandise, ensuring optimal pricing, promotions, and visibility across digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to strengthen sales through targeted marketing approaches.
  • Develop seasonal and event-based marketing initiatives to increase merchandise visibility.
  • Manage brand partnerships, influencer projects, and cross-promotional opportunities to expand brand reach.
  • Identify, negotiate, and implement partnership opportunities aligned with Team Liquid’s marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activations.
  • Track and interpret key marketing performance metrics, including customer behavior, campaign effectiveness, and audience engagement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine marketing approaches.
  • Utilize reporting tools to measure ROI and enhance marketing strategies.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, brand partnerships, or e-commerce marketing.
  • Experience in esports, gaming, digital media, or entertainment industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong expertise in performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok).
  • Experience in merchandise marketing, pricing strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage brand partnerships and influencer projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience in data-based marketing approaches.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
