We are looking for our next colleague within Key Account Management to focus on the growing market opportunities related to Public Safety in the East region. The Key Account Manager – Public Safety at Milestone plays a pivotal role within our organization, primarily focusing on building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in centralized (city) and decentralized (city/county/state) public safety departments. These departments are focused on ensuring the protection of people and their property from harm, crime, and disaster. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, from identifying and progressing opportunities to maintaining and growing our portfolio of large, active end-customer accounts. The Key Account Manager – Public Safety ensures exceptional service delivery, expands our service offerings, and drives revenue growth. The role is characterized by a blend of "Hunting" to build the portfolio and "Farming" to strengthen existing relationships.
This remote position covers Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. The ideal candidate must reside in the territory with a preference for people in New Jersey or Georgia. The position reports to the Area Sales Manager, East.

This position's annual on-target earnings (OTE) range from $149,131 to $227,807, with most candidates falling in the $181,190 to $200,862 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 12 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
